How secure is it to store data with you?
The data storage reliability at MoiTuristy is ten times more reliable than your home computer. Servers are located in Germany, in a modern data center. Backups are performed twice a day, to another physical server. In addition, you can back up all your data to your computer in Excel format at any time.
How does the free 3 day period work?
Just after registration you get your personal account, in which all program functions work. The account becomes paid after 3 days, all your data is saved, but you can't add new information. You can choose a paid subscription and continue working fully in the same account.
Who does my data belong to?
The data belongs only to you! We can't access your account, and we're not interested in gaining access to your tourists' data. We are interested in providing reliable service. Therefore, hundreds of travel agencies have entrusted us their data.
What are the payment options?
You can pay with any bank card and cashless payment. We do not handle cash payments. For more information, call or Skype (see page bottom).
Can I refuse to pay for the service?
When you pay by card, the money from the card is deducted automatically. But at any time you can refuse further payment for the service, and take back your data. You can also always change your subscription plan.
If you are not satisfied with the system, you can get a full refund of the last payment within 3 days after payment.
What if there is a lockdown or quarantine?
For Ukrainian users we guarantee keeping their subscription for the lockdown period. If flights between major tourist destinations (Egypt and Turkey) are closed, you may be able to pause your subscription and extend it after the lockdown is over.
